How do I log into my account?

Using the Mobile App:

You can only access your Individual Account on the Mobile App.

  • Open the Mobile App

  • At the bottom of the screen, click Already have an account? Sign in

  • Select the country you signed up from, enter your phone number and password – Click on Continue

Once you are logged in the App, you can set up the bio-metrics by clicking on Menu and then Settings.

Using the Web Portal:

Please note: Individual Accounts are currently linked to the platform you are signing up with, this means that if you signed up/logged in via the App you can only access through the App, same for Web portal.

How long does it take to setup an account?

You can open a new account in minutes, all new accounts are required to go through a verification process.
We will endeavour to complete this process as quickly as possible:

  • Individual accounts are usually verified within 24 hours of application.

  • Corporate accounts can take 48-72 hours of application.

Please note, that we may require further documents to complete the verification process.
